Tips are voluntary. They are gifts of support, not purchases of guaranteed services.
Successful tips are generally final. Once a payment provider confirms success and the tip is credited, refunds are not automatic.
Failed payments are not treated as successful tips — your wallet or card will not be charged by us for unsuccessful attempts.
Refund requests may be reviewed case-by-case where there is evidence of duplicate charge, clear processing error, or wrong DJ/event linkage. We may coordinate with payment partners; outcomes can depend on their rules and timelines.
Wrong DJ or event: contact support promptly with your payment reference so we can investigate.
Provider reversals or chargebacks may adjust balances if a payment is later reversed by a bank or mobile money network.
